The Challenge: Two well-established, legacy healthcare networks merged in a joint venture to form HonorHealth. The new brand would be launched along with a new website in less than 16 weeks, but thousands of pages of content needed to be evaluated, repurposed or redirected for the project to be successful. And the internal marketing team didn’t have the HTML, CSS, or SEO experience to manage the ongoing needs for day-to-day support, updates and operations.

The Solution: We helped them bridge the gap between the internal marketing team, the web development agency, the platform service provider (Acquia), and daily updates to the CMS (Drupal). This would evolve into a range of consultative and ongoing support services to help with the launch of HonorHealth… and beyond.
