The Challenge: Successfully launch a fully integrated marketing mix to support an affiliated group of new outpatient clinics, operating as a decentralized franchise business model –– in 8 weeks.

The Solution: Start with understanding the core service line and its target audience. Design brand elements that can scale per location, and convey an essence of “Advancing the diagnosis and treatment of Peripheral Artery Disease.” Build a digital presence to support awareness campaigns, seasonal programs and new location projects.

The Result: Modern Vascular has grown rapidly since opening in August of 2017, with three affiliated clinics operating in the greater Phoenix area and over $30MM in projected annual revenues.

Status: The rapidly scalable, replicate and repeat marketing model we’ve built for Modern Vascular has them on pace to open three new clinics in New Mexico, Texas and Florida (2019).
