The Challenge: In a highly competitive market, eHarmony needed to retain and recruit top talent by providing a glimpse of their culture and the fun side of their work environment.
The Solution: Create an integrated awareness campaign [#WorkHereWednesdays] that could play out in multiple channels and marketing vehicles. This would also require the production of 12 videos that would air out over a 12 week period.
